Hi there, I’m Robby Allen. Co-Founder and Host of Uncharted Podcast, where we interview and highlight some of the most inspirational executives in the business world. I love learning through conversation and I’m privileged to have the opportunity to interview some of the best founders, investors, executives, and operators in business.
Outside of the podcast I work full time as the VP of Sales at AgentSync, a high growth Insurtech startup based out of Denver, CO. Before that I built sales teams at Zenefits and Flexport, and spent two years helping founders build sales teams as the CEO of Buena Vista Ventures Consulting. Personally, I’m born and raised in the city of San Francisco (Haight Ashbury), and enjoy playing basketball and backpacking in the High Sierras (ask me about hiking the John Muir Trail in 2019).

Hi all, I'm Poya. Co-Founder and Host of Uncharted Podcast, where we interview and highlight some of the most inspirational executives in the business world. I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to meet an amazing group of founders, CXOs, and operators on a daily basis that have a ton to share with the world, and this podcast is one channel to allow them to pay it forward and share their story.
I am currently the CEO and founder of Poya Ventures where I help early to medium stage companies from a go-to-market and sales capacity. Prior to that, I was an early sales hire at multiple startup companies where I was instrumental in helping them grow from 1 million to 10 million. On a personal note, I was born in Tehran, Iran and immigrated to the United States at a young age and now reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside of work, I love spartan races, riding my bike, and snorkeling.
